Richard Anderson

Owner

As the owner of Next Level Café, Richard Anderson is committed to providing our clients with solid, dependable and affordable computer support. He attended Marquette University, where he earned a B.S. in MIS and Accounting, and now brings a wealth of technical and business experience to our team. Richard specializes in a wide range of technology services and solutions, including network infrastructure, IT management, computer support, custom development, database analysis and design, strategic planning, SharePoint intranet design, website development and hardware/software sales.

Alison Anderson

CFO

Alison Anderson attended California State University-Sacramento, and has previous work experience as a Director of Operations for an IT company, an accounting consultant, sales controller, financial analyst and VP of Finance. She is an invaluable member of our organization, bringing the financial know-how, management skills and business acumen that allow us to provide innovative and cost-effective IT support to our loyal clients.

Jason 'J' Langness

Systems and Accounting Administrator

Jason “J” Langness is our Systems and Accounting Administrator and has been with Next Level Café since April of 2006. J is responsible for Procurement, Invoicing, and ensuring all of Next Level Café’s systems are up and running at top performance to ensure we are able to meet all our client’s needs! In his spare time he enjoys playing guitar, watching movies and playing with anything related to technology – you should see his home theater system!!

Ron Hedtke

Level 2 Technician

Ron Hedtke holds the position of Level 2 Technician and has been with Next Level Café since December 2011. Ron has over 12 years of experience with Network Administration as a Network Technician, Systems Engineer, and Consultant. He attended Wisconsin Institute Technical College and received his Associates Degree. He currently holds a MCP certification and working on the MCITP certification. He has experience with many different firewalls: Cisco, Watchguard, SonicWall, Fortinet, and others. In my spare time I enjoy walking, golf, bowling, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and watching a good movie. Ron is looking forward to answering all your technology questions!

Stephen Thomas

Tier 2 Technician

Stephen Thomas currently holds the position of Level 2 Technician and has been with Next Level Café since June of 2011. He is experienced as a Network Administrator, Web Developer/Web Master, SEO Expert, Video Production, Photography, SharePoint Implementation, and cable runs. Stephen attended the University of Minnesota and is working toward his Microsoft Certifications. In Steven's spare time, he enjoys creating Static sites as well as E-commerce sites, snowboarding, wakeboarding, golf, watching movies and spending time in the outdoors.

Adam Witt

Level 1 Technician

Adam Witt holds the position of Level 1 Technician and has been with Next Level Café since December 2011.

Nick Zisk

Customer Service Representative/Tier 1 Technician

Nick Zisk currently holds the position of Customer Service Representative and Level 1 Technician and has been with Next Level Café since August 2011. Previously, he worked with TDS Telecom/Metrocom and comes to us with 8 years of IT experience in the realm of hardware implementation, wireless and network repair and Level 1 technical knowledge. Nick is certified in A+ with an A.A.S Degree in Network Administration. In his spare time he enjoys snowboarding, fishing and autocross.

Diana 'DD' Copeland

Customer Service Representative

Diana (DD) Copeland holds the position of Customer Service Representative and holds the responsibility of triaging helpdesk phone calls and scheduling and dispatch of the technicians. Diana has pursued a wide variety of careers including Account Management, Realtor, Executive Administrator, Project Manager, HR Manager, Office Manager, and many more. In her spare time, she enjoys wine tasting, travel, exploration of new foods and spending time with her family.
